By using Snailpost you agree to these terms.

Be kind

Snailpost is for people who already know each other. You must not send harassment, threats, hate, sexual content involving minors, spam, scams or anything illegal. We review reports within 24 hours and may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules. You can block or report anyone from their profile or from any letter.

Your letters

You own what you write. You give us permission to store and deliver it to its recipient. Letters can’t be edited or recalled once sent. Delivery times are part of the experience and are not guaranteed to the minute.

Snailpost Plus and express stamps

Plus is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly, with a free trial on the yearly plan when offered), billed through your Apple ID. It renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Express stamps are consumable and are used up when you send an express letter. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. You must be at least 13 years old.

The service

Snailpost is provided as is. We may change or discontinue features, and will tell you in the app about important changes to these terms.
